      <image:title>Meet the Hills - Meet the Hill’s</image:title>
<image:caption>Randy and Janeé came to Lake Nocona from Dallas, TX, to quarantine during the pandemic. What started as a short stay at Janeé’s family lake-house turned into a permanent move and calling Nocona their favorite getaway. While Randy and Janeé are the majority property owners in Nocona Hills, they consider themselves shepherds of the community, a role they take very seriously. Randy is an entrepreneur, best known for developing The Advanced Trailer (aka the peanut trailer). Randy has been honored as Republican Business Leader of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee, named Distinguished Alumni of the Year by Dallas Christian School and by appointment of Governor Rick Perry served on the Texas Emerging Technology Fund (TETF). Randy has developed and owned ranches, wind farms and even a NASCAR team. While Randy’s done many big deals in his career, he believes Nocona Hills is the best deal yet. It’s the opportunity to bring people to an incredible place. Janeé is a veteran strategic brand builder, television producer and host, and motivational speaker. She has produced and hosted several of her own television series including Tour of Giving, Revelations of Authentic Women, The Janeé Show, and unbroken. Prior to pursuing media, Janeé spent many years in leadership development and performance analysis at Southwest Airlines before starting her own consulting firm. She is the Founder of Sacred, a safe place for high-achieving women to learn and grow. Janeé is the author of Diary of an Unbroken Heart: Simple Keys to Complex Change. She is the Founder of H3 Ministries, a not-for-profit designed to share the hope, help, and healing power of Christ through media, mentorship, and live events. While Janeé loves her work, her biggest loves are her faith in Jesus Christ and her family. Her personal motto is, "Anything is possible if you only believe." Randy and Janeé have 3 daughters, Miranda, Macie, and Maggie and a son, RH. When not working in Nocona Hills, you’ll find their family on the lake, boating or participating in some type of fun adventure through www.goodtimesvans.com Check out this video of the Hill’s describing their journey to develop Nocona Hills. https://vimeo.com/488618622/cd186cad27</image:caption>
